Food nasty, understaffed, not clean, when I spoke up they wanted to get me out asap. Med error with me. Decent PT and OT program. Unprofessional with their patients. Some nurses really try to please but no administration backing. Find another location for your loved one.

My husband is there currently for rehab following open heart surgery. Therapy staff are wonderful. CNAs and nursing staff are very good. Logistics getting you to and from doctor appointments needs some work. My husband waited 2 hours to get picked up. Their driver was unavailable we were told and the cabulance they called was under staffed leaving us sitting at the clinic. No contacting us to update us. We called 3 times to find out if he was going to be picked up. Worried his next appointment will be the same.

My friend was sent to the hospital from this facility. The room was supposed to be held for 15 days, but after 3 days another friend and I returned for her things. The bed wasn't made, there were 2 full drinks on the hospital tray, food on the tray, dirty hospital socks thrown on the bathroom floor, and used hospital gloves on the bathroom floor. My friend had Gangrene and an infection that left the socks soaked. I am a former CNA and I know the protocol. This was outrageous. I should never have had to glove up and clean up, but I am not their staff, so unlike the staff, I did the job! Also, her 60×50 elephant blanket disappeared. Go figure. When you call to complain you get sent to an answering machine, or you are told that the staff is busy! Busy doing what? I will never let anyone I know go here!

This place is a terrible place to send your loved one!! My mother was sent there for rehab. She was supposed to be walked 3 times a day, and have therapy every day. She did not get that treatment. We had to call several times regarding care not being given. There were days when she got no therapy, no one walking her and even not getting the meds she was supposed to get. When she put her light on to be walked staff would come in, ask what she wanted, then walked out and never returned. She told the staff multiple times about her legs beginning to swell but no one addressed the issue. When she returned home they sent another patients meds home with her. Now she has to go back to the hospital because her legs are swollen and leaking plus she may now have CHF!!! NEVER take your loved one here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
