  I just want to say thank you to the staff here. They were so compassionate, patient, and caring towards my aunt Patty. The staff were always considered like a second family to her and to my family. We were impressed with how everyone worked together to make sure the residents had the best care possible. She was here for 8 years, so this facility was her home. The staff made it a very home like setting for her, so she was very happy with her time there. My family and I were always at ease knowing she was taken care of so well.

  I was a patient here. I was to finish my physical and occupational therapy here after the hospital. What a joke. I got 20 minutes combined in 2 weeks.<br>This place is disgustingly unsanitary.<br>They tried to make me use a dirty unsanitary bed pan with feces on it. The commodes had feces on it. They weren't giving me all my meds when I needed them.<br>Tried to change my doctor's orders without my knowledge.<br>The food isn't fit for pig slop. Tried serving rotten meat.<br>They had covid patients and never told the other patients and families about it.<br>This place should be shutdown and investigated by the state.<br>I feel sorry for everyone there. Especially the elderly folks.

  I’ve been here since August doing traveling Cna and I must say this facility is 10/10 from the cleanliness, to the friendly staff I Recommend this facility to everyone!!!!!!!! One of the best facilities I’ve EVER been too and I’ve worked in 6 different states!!! The administer, Don, Nurses, and Cna’s truly care about their patients! I really love it here I’m going to cry leaving.

  First off I'm a registered nurse, so I'm looking thru the eyes of a nurse as I walk in here. My Sister with special needs has been placed here today. I love the area first of all! I'm from the Milwaukee area so I love the wooded area.<br>My first impression is that is doesn't smell bad here. That's a great sign! It means people are taken care of very well! Then I'm greeted by the administrator and nurse with smiles. I really appreciate this.<br>Then I was greeted by OT. She wants to watch me as I interact with my sister. Which is a wonderful way to get to know a patient!!!<br>Then I seen my sister and she has huge smiles on her face and very happy!!! Nothing beats that!<br>As I was leaving a one man activity band was about to play.<br>All of the patients looked clean and happy and there was no lights on and no on calling out! Which is an absolute good sign.<br>I will be visiting my sister frequently so I'll update as I go. But so far they have a huge 5 stars all the way around from me!! Through my nursing experience and eyes. Thank you all
