I’m trying to find some sunshine about this place. But I can’t his birthday was a couple of months ago and so I Called so he can hear my voice to tell him happy birthday and No one answer the phone for seven hours so I had to wait till the next day that afternoon to have someone tell him happy birthday for me then I have a complaint about a Caseworker up there who is very rude and called me multiple times while I’m at work that my job was at risk because she will call excessively not calling me about my dad sick but calling me about a matter that was important, but I told her that I would handle it and she treated me like I was a three-year-old child and I couldn’t do it on my own then she Stated threats to me. I called back up there to talk to her supervisor and he never called me back not understanding who is running this place but the people there are not friendly. I can even go back to when I visit there. and I asked about an update about my father and they would not tell me anything and I was also the POA very disheartening.

This is where they sent my father. I feel sick from being in this place for only ten minutes. Dirty dishes piled up outside rooms, the hallways smell worse than a fastfood dumpster and there are flies flying around my father.

My sister was just admitted on transfer and I have called several times to get information and talk to care nurse - no one has answered the phone yet now almost 10 hours trying to talk to someone. Same number they tell you to call and talk to CEO. My sister has cimplaints and no one to talk to to get and share info. I am only family in area she has.

I was there several times I see they continue let there patients run loose coming back with groceries ,booze and seen several smoking. I thought if your in a nursing home u don't run all over the city. I had a brother there he never went anywhere except to Dr's appts. I think they let these people loose so they don't have watch them.

So my stepdad is in the facility now, the care he is getting is beyond reprehensible! They have made him wait an hour and a half for a bed pan. They have made him sit on the toilet an hour and a half. They do not follow the doctors wound care. This was supposed to be short term. They have pretty much turned it into long-term. When you call them, they do not return phone calls. They have treated him like dirt. They do not take care of him. He has stated that you can tell when the staff does not want to help him. Any orders that the doctor has sent there they have seemed to have lost. They take it upon themselves to do whatever they want to do and it doesn’t matter what the doctor says this place is not set up for anybody that has a wound. In physical therapy, he was injured yet they did not get him medical treatment. They do not look in his records to see what his restrictions are and it doesn’t matter to them. They’ll do what they want to do and it doesn’t matter that it caused us in pain. In my opinion this is one of the worst places ever I do not recommend it! I have talked to people there they have said they would take care of the problem or problems and they don’t and like I said you call leave a message, they never call back. Messages seem to disappear.
