  My husband is receiving post surgery care in Rennes Rehab. It is a long recovery but he is receiving excellent care! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. He feels very confident in the care and decisions being mad. He is so at peace during this time. Not only are his nursing needs being met with professional and effective treatment, the food service does a great job meeting his needs allowing him to have personal choices, and since he is a fussy eater he is happy with his options. His therapy sessions in PT and OT are helping him regain strength and balance. He looks forward to working out!

  My elderly mother has been cared for by the Rennes staff three times for extensive rehabilitations over the last 3 years and now is a permanent resident in a nursing home capacity. I am mindful of her general disposition and can say with confidence that she/we are really happy with her care, the accommodations, the activities, and the food. We feel like family with the staff at Rennes and feel they do a really good job of choosing, not only very skilled caregivers, but also caregivers with the best aptitude for the job. I look and listen for how their staff treats other residents when they can't know anybody is looking/listening and I can honestly say I've never been disappointed with their professionalism and kindness. My family feels we are adding years onto our mother's life by giving her the best care possible at Rennes. We are truly thankful and blessed to be a part of their family.

  The facility itself is positively gorgeous for sure! While the staff at Western Reserve are undoubtedly compassionate and dedicated individuals, it appears they are facing significant challenges due to a high patient volume. This situation can make it difficult for patients to receive the timely care they deserve. During my mother’s recent admission, I observed some concerning moments—patients often seemed to be waiting too long for assistance, which can be distressing for everyone involved.<br><br>Given the costs associated with such facilities, it seems essential to ensure that assistance is prompt and adequate, especially for basic needs like bathroom access. Additionally, my mother sometimes received meals that were still frozen and not suitable for eating.<br><br>One recommendation for families with loved ones in this facility is to maintain regular visits. Frequent check-ins can help ensure that your family members are receiving the attention and care they need. Open communication with the staff about any concerns can also be beneficial in improving the overall experience for everyone involved.

  I have been a guest here for seven days now and there is no place I would want to be other than home!<br>Five stars is not enough!
