My wife had been very sick with an infection. Well in the hospital they discovered that part of her problem was that she would need spine surgery. She was sent to the windsor house to recover and receive therapy to gain strength for surgery. The place stunk and was filthy. The toilite seat in her bathroom was broken almost causing her to fall off of it. I received a call the next day that my wife had fallen. They blamed it on my wife. When I asked her about it she said that she had kept trying to get the nurses to come help her to the bathroom but no one would come. She got tired of laying in her urine and feces so she tried to handle it herself. After she fell she lost feeling in her legs and can barely move them. My wife went there to heal and prepare for surgery now her prognosis looks bleak. I am definitely not done with this. Please do not send your loved one here there chances for any positive help are close to 0.

The team at Windsor House has been caring for a sibling of mine for the past ten months. The process is a work in progress and one that I continue to support. I would say my sibling is shown love, is not abused and great attempts are being made to support her needs. The overall aesthetics are being improved, but the core of it all is good. It's evidenced by some true to the heart personnel who gives the facility a thumbs up in my book.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data โ the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
