This place is terrible and has bed bugs. They don’t care about the patients. The administration doesn’t care about anything more than their check.

My stay at Arabella of Mobile was as good or better than any other inpatient facility I have been in in Mobile. I’ve been in several impatient facilities in Mobile, but I was looking for someplace convenient and hopefully better than the previous facilities I had used, but my focus was on therapy, which was there needs of me on a personal level for this stay at a facility. It’s difficult when looking for someplace to go inpatient to be able to focus on one discipline, but I went to Arabella because I was told by their staff that came to visit me at the hospital that they had a good therapy team. As an amputee, I was gonna have to have help learning to walk again without needing both hands because I was going following a serious shoulder surgery so I was gonna have to be able to walk again only using one hand to hold onto a stability device their physical therapist, Jonathan is absolutely amazing when it comes to working with amputees as a whole their entire therapy team works well together. due to my needs, Jonathan‘s discipline of Physical Therapy was where my focus was so if you’re looking for an impatient facility with the best Physical Therapy more so than any other inpatient facility, you need to go to Arabella of Mobile because that’s where the better inpatient therapy is available in the city of Mobile. If I had to mention something about the facility, that was not the best I would have to say their food leaves a lot to be desired. Their nurse and team and aids is good, but not the best. Another plus for me was it’s actually a smoking facility, which isn’t easy to find anymore and their rooms are nice

No stars! Do not allow your loved one to stay here for one minute. We walked in with my husband’s mother to admit her for rehab, and got no assistance, no care from any staff, they couldn’t even find a wheelchair and didn’t care to assist! We walked her to the room, still had no help. We were afraid to leave her there and took her home with us until we could find an adequate facility. This place should be shut down.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
