DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE EVEN IF THERE IS NO OTHER OPTIONS . They have no problem lying to you to get your family admitted then treat you as if you're family is the problem because they don't have the staff to take care of them . DO NOT ADMIT YOUR FAMILY HERE IF YOU LOVE THEM

My dad was placed in this facility to do a 31 day rehab to get his strength up after coming out of the hospital. He went into the hospital because he was bleeding out from a surgical wound and almost died. After he was transferred to this facility he started bleeding again and was very anxious that it was serious because of what happened previously. The nurses did not take him seriously, argued with my mom over the phone, and then once she was no longer on the phone they retaliated against him by handling him roughly. He was so afraid he asked to be discharged against medical advice. The facility was also not clean and staff seemed too casual about doing their jobs properly. Do not send your family member here if you can avoid it.

I would not leave my pet rock there. Working in healthcare you supposed to have compassion for people and there isn't any at this facility. They will look you square in your face and act concerned about your loved one then leave them there in a wet dirty diaper all day and night. It's called elderly abuse and neglect and they shouldn't have a job.

My sister was just admitted yesterday. NOT impressed at all! From 12:30 to 3:15 she had not been welcomed or accommodated in any way. When the head nurse finally did come in to check her condition she was not physically able to turn my sister to check areas and could not even take her clothing off. What if I had not arrived at that time?
Actually I could go on with more...
Not pleased at all!!

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
