On Thu 5/29/25 around 11:20 a.m. I reached out to the facility and asked to be transferred to the Mgr...Tara answered the phone. I told her that every time I call(over the last 2 years) I'm always hindered to speak with the Mgr...she admitted that she's the person that I've been speaking with. If indeed someone is unavailable the Secretary(Or person answering the line)should take the callers contact Info and relay it to the person requested And not behave as a detective. After speaking with Tara I reached back out requesting to speak with Administration the person answering began to interrogate me and she hung up on me. This office is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! My question is why are the employees so comfortable with giving callers a hard time to speak with Mgrs and hanging up on callers. We should not feel forced to tell them private matters that we only feel comfortable with speaking to MGMT about. This company is unprofessional and very rude! I will be taking further action regarding my treatment. This is not the first time I've been hung up on! It's happened before. The lady that hung up on me sounded like a Caucasian lady. Please investigate this matter. I called around 11:20 a.m...Mcdonald's employees wouldn't hang up on customers. This behavior is unacceptable! I was considering allowing a family member to visit the facility. But no way! If the employees are rude and confrontational, I'd question the care my loved one would receive!

My 93 year old mother lives alone (happily) but was forced to rehab after a lengthy hospital stay for RSV and pneumonia. Our hopes were not high for her ability to return home on her own, but Crowne -Springhill made it happen. Their tenacity and drive along with encouragement got her up and moving better than she had in months. She went home and is once again living the life she loves. I could not be more appreciative of their hard work and dedication.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
