This is a great facility with amazing workers who really care for their residents. They go above and beyond to provide for the ones who need them. The team members care for their residents as if they are family and always try their hardest to make them feel as if they are at home.

This is a great facility, with great workers. It is like a big family around here. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone needing rehab and long term care.

These people did awful taking care of loved ones, letting them fall, not properly aiding them in their times of need, they leave it filthy, staff avoidant, not properly doing their part with insurance, and constantly sends harassment bills despite it being covered. This place needs to be investigated before they continue to put loved ones in danger.

Poor experience overall. Care was lacking. My father-in-law faced significant limitations. Weekly communication was a challenge. His therapy did not yield results, and now he struggles with mobility. Initial days confined to bed were unacceptable, and dignity was compromised. Overall, I cannot recommend this facility.

I cannot recommend this nursing facility based on the care my beloved mother received, especially during the night shifts. After her passing,( during the night shift) I was left with many unanswered questions.I would have liked basic information — like her last recorded vitals, the time she was last checked on, and whether any life-saving measures (such as CPR) were attempted — and no one could provide clear answers.

To make matters worse, four of my mother’s personal belongings went missing after her death.

While I want to give credit to three CNAs (Amy, Alex, and Myra) who consistently treated my mother with kindness and respect, the overall care was inconsistent and often inadequate. I spoke several times with the assistant director of nursing about recurring issues: long response times to call lights, delays in providing breathing treatments, and general neglect of basic needs. My mother was mentally sharp and fully aware, but physically dependent on staff for mobility and personal care. She deserved far better.

Another moment that stood out — and not in a good way — was the call I received to inform me of her death. The woman who called was polite, but her tone was far too upbeat for such devastating news. It felt jarring and inappropriate.

This experience has been deeply painful, and I share it in hopes that serious improvements will be made for the sake of other families.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
