  Ms. Eileen is the best. Very knowledgeable and does what she says she will do. She was our lifeline in a very stressful time. She will walk you through the whole process of registering and receiving your loved one. . My father has been there just over a week but so far the staff has been so great. He has dementia a long with other challenging factors and can get confused and agitated. They have been handling his care with understanding.

  Family member sent there after discharge from Spain Rehab. This is a 5 star rating facility but the most disappointing in my opinion. Brother had therapy 1 time in the 4 visits I was there. Therapy is sitting in a recliner from 4:30/5ish, until? saw Speech therapist on 1 visit, brother stated he hadn't had therapy for 4 days. I find it odd that I could sign paperwork for 1 medication but could not be told if and when he was having therapy. Uab and Spain medical staff relayed his info with us and even encouraged us to go to therapy with him. I even have many videos and pics of what they did. Sorry, but biggest let down ever for recovering stroke pt.
