The OT and PT staff are great! The nurses are good too. The issue is staffing and CNA attitudes. There were a couple who were nice and wanted to help without having an attitude about it, but there were quite a few who did everything to avoid actually helping. Most of the patients lay in their own waste for hours. Most of the time there are only 2 on shift for the whole building! The Doctors are the other problem, Josh is a PA and doesn't even bother responding to messages from the nurse regarding my family member. He also is very rude and doesn't consider family concerns. If you just need PT and or OT they are great, but if you are not mobile and need extra help it's worth looking around. On the tour they made it seem great, I suggest going in at night....

If I could give them negative stars I would. If you care about your loved ones don’t send them there. They are slow to answer call lights , never seem to know much about their patients , give the runaround and straight up lie when asked questions by the patient and family members and have no issue passing the buck and throwing other staff members under the bus when confronted with questions and facts . The person in charge of discharging and setting up the patient with the appropriate care and medical supplies to go home with tells patients and family members they are working on the case but doesnt give updates unless asked . The times I have visited there are other patients yelling and crying out for help and no staff answered these cries for help in a timely manner. It looks like they have done some recent remodeling but I saw in several doorways to patients rooms there is a gap and dip where the flooring doesn’t meet it is a tripping hazard for the patients especially those with mobility issues that should not happen at a facility that is supposedly rehabbing medically fragile people. My dad who was a patient said the cleaning staffs idea of cleaning the disgusting bathroom was opening the door and spraying disinfectant inside . Please don’t send a loved one to this facility

Don’t send your loved one here. They do not care about the patients at all just their wallets. My father in law was sent here after the hospital to finish 10 days of IV antibiotics. This was over two weeks ago. They keep telling him he will be charged tomorrow but don’t discharge him. They are holding him hostage just to keep collecting money from his insurance.

Please don't bring your family here, I usually wait no less than an hour to get my self cleaned. Im sitting in my own urine for that long.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
