My 98 year old mom was here for a little over 2 weeks. She loved everyone. The therapist Ryan, nurse Lisa and case worker Nicole were very caring and professional. This is a difficult profession to be in. I was distraught and impatient and I did not understand the process, but Nicole was kind and understanding and patiently explained the process. Lisa the nurse was awesome. She looks out for the patients well being. Clean facility. My mom wasn’t crazy about the food, but in their defense, nothing compares to Michelina frozen dinners! Lol

So so happy to find a home here. The staff and residents are so wonderful the care I receive here is beyond professional. I have made many friends and the food is delicious. I have been to some other facilities but I feel like I am part of a family here. Thank you Mo for taking care of me to make sure I moved in safely and easily.

I was living at another care center and I believe that Providence Place should be a model and should train other care centers on how they should be managed. I'm SO happy to be living here and my staff is just like family. The food is excellent, like a high quality restaurant. I love the cleanliness of this place too and the housekeeping staff always asks how l'm doing. They pay such incredible attention to detail. I'm finally home.

I’ve been living on the Glencroft campus since August of 2019 and needed to move into a higher level of care at Providence Place for Physical and Occupational Therapy. I did so, in January of 2020. I then transferred into Long Term Care here at Providence Place and I’m very happy. The care I receive from the CNAs and nurses has been outstanding. Also, housekeeping, laundry, dining, maintenance, and activities all go the extra mile to put smiles on our faces and to make us a warm and happy home to live in. I really enjoy living here and am very grateful for the care I receive.

Do not take people you care about here for any respite care that involves nursing care for those with Alzheimer's, that need around the clock type care! My mom needed help with feeding, drinking, & she has incontinence. I feel really bad 😥😭for letting my mom go to this place which was recommended by her hospice care provider🤐. My mom stayed 5 days and came back with bed sores really bad.😠 I'm calling it "incompetent care", or just awful services! If I could add a negative to that star I would😡🤬.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
