The facility may be lovely, but there is A LOT of work that needs to be done to make this place worthy of a 4+ rating. Although some workers are very kind and caring, they do not have enough staff - 2 care takers per 18 patients during the day and 1 per 18 at night. After speaking with the administrator he didn't even know when and how many workers were even there. Regardless of whether this stay is during the holidays. A large organization that promotes itself as being so great they should make arrangements for shortages. Workers become impatient and try to rush patients around, injuring them in the process. Some patients injure themselves waiting to be cared for. If you use this facility, I would recommend daily oversight and not trust them to even "know" your family member. We were not alerted of problems with high heart rates, high blood pressure, incidents of patient injury, etc. Not a safe place.

Night shift nurse stiffed her uber driver over $1.79 tip that's just in poor taste. I will refuse to deliver orders here and I recommend my colleagues to do the same 12-21-25 @ about 8:50pm I too work in healthcare for seniors. And if these are the morals and values of the caretakers, do you really trust them with your loved ones. I definitely wouldn't.

My husband had Parkinson's disease and had a hip replacement and was here several times and I was here once during the pandemic with a hip replacement. My husband compared it to the Hilton! Beautiful building, lovely dining room, delicious food. With his last rehab which was in 2021, this place had no beds so he had to go to Arrowhead and he said it was like going from the Hilton to Motel 6!

I had a horrific accident on April 3rd 2025 & nearly lost my foot and shattered my ankle. After my initial trauma surgery, I remained in the hospital for over a week, as they placed an external fixator & I had to lay with my leg elevated for 23 hours a day while awaiting my 2nd surgery, which would occur once the swelling would subside. Well, within a weeks time, the very persistent hospital Social Workers started to come in my room to hand me information for after care facilities & they made it very clear that I could not wait it out in the hospital between surgeries for the 3 weeks. I told them I did not even need to look at their list of after care providers, because I already knew of a highly recommended Rehab/Care facility, NOT on their list, that was recommended to me by two of my highly regarded friends that had previously used Advanced Healthcare of Glendale for their loved ones. To make a very long story short, the hospital social workers abruptly informed me “they don’t have any beds available” at the facility I wanted to transfer to & attempted to push THEIR recommended facility of choice on me! I believed them & started to review the ones they were pushing on me & I was scared and mortified because the reviews from their recommended list were horrible! I stood very firm on my decision on where I wanted to go… ADVANCED HEALTHCARE of GLENDALE, or I wasn’t leaving the hospital! They too were standing firm & kept telling me the same story, that they didn’t have a bed available. So, much to the social workers dismay, I took matters into my own hands & took it upon myself to call Advanced Healthcare of Glendale directly & their Admissions team assured me they indeed had a bed available for me! They even sent someone to the hospital that very same day to meet me with literature & a plan…(take that Miss hospital social worker)! The very next day, I was transported & I immediately knew that I was in the best of hands! Everybody that I met upon my arrival & throughout my journey, was so kind, caring & expert in my care. Three weeks later, they transported me back to the hospital for my second surgery (an almost 5 hour long reconstruction surgery with internal fixation this time) & I was placed on a 90 day non-weight-bearing order. I returned for my second stay on April 26 & was there until the first week of June. There were some Insurance hiccups along the way & everybody there rallied for my continued care. The Physical Therapist’s, Occupational Therapist’s, Nurses & their aide assistants, visiting Doctors & their assistants, Administration Staff (who kept me well informed on insurance matters), Front Desk Reception who walked my many Amazon packages personally to my room with a smile & the gentle Transporters who brought me back-and-forth for Surgical follow up appointments, were ALL so wonderful to me. And the Facility Director, Wyatt, who was always very accessible & hands-on to make sure I was being very well taken care of & happy during my extended stay’s. He would even stop in to visit me just to make sure I was comfortable & very well cared for! THANK YOU WYATT! - I must also mention that they had the most comfortable beds ever (Tempur-pedic air mattresses), & I even joked if I could bring it home with me upon my final discharge! All of their beautifully appointed & private rooms felt like a fancy hotel & the food was delicious & healthy. Everyone became very close to me during my stay, and I could have never expected how profound their expert & loving care would become to me. When I finally was released, I signed up with their home health services division from Advanced Home Healthcare & Hospice to continue my care at home (still under their care and they are absolutely equally amazing & deserving of their own review that I just posted)! Bottom line, it was so hard to be in the situation that I was in, but this exceptional care organization, both in-patient & now out-patient, are exceptional & I am forever grateful for their expert care & support when I was in my midst of my most critical time of need.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
