  Literally the worst facility ever. My grandfather was a patient for two weeks and was completely neglected. Even when he did receive assistance they were rough with him. The man has a 75% comressed L1 and they didnt even take that into consideration. He was in extreme pain and they were never consisted with his pain meds. The only meds they DIDNT miss giving him were ones that made him loopy and sleep all day and night so they didn't have to deal with him (which we already expressed NOT TO GIVE HIM.) We had family members with him 13 hours out of the day to make sure he was being taken care of. They were never updating his chart or able to tell us the last time he had received pain meds or been changed/turned in his bed which SHOULD have been every two hours. No one had any accurate information ever. Stay far away from this facility. All they care about is the money they get from your insurance company. Worst staff imaginable truly.

  This facility has the worst care! My brother is here and they never check on him. He had a bloody nose and when they finally came in to help stop the bleeding, they turned around and walked out! Didn't clean him up or change he bedding or clothes for almost 2 hrs after that happened. The staff has a very no care attitude. They say we're understaffed! If that's the damn case, quit accepting new patients!! This place only cares about the thousands of insurance dollars they can get! It's never about the patients! Stay far away from this facility! My niece has requested numerous meetings with the coordinators here and been totally ignored.

  This is an absolute wonderful God sent place. My stay there was absolutely incredible and I was overwhelmed at the facilities accommodations. The therapy was top notch. The staff and therapy was kind, considerate and sensitive to the people they were servicing. Beautiful attitudes a sweet spirit is in this place. Kind nurses the food was so very good. I gained some weight here. I was very happy with the service here. The activities director was beautiful and so sweet. Even the doctors that came in were pleasant. The night nurses were absolutely sweet. The day Nurses were absolutely caring. And I’m going home with a whole better outlook on my healing because of this place.

  My elderly parent is, sadly a frequent patient, in a Skilled Nursing environment. This Facility has, by far, exceeded any others, that have been visited. All care has been exemplary, and any issue has been addressed and resolved quickly and thoroughly. Management (including Admissions, Nursing, Therapies, Discharge) is excellent. I feel comfortable, for once, my parent is in good hands. Many Thanks

  This rehab center made me feel so welcomed. Gave me exceptional great care. Never had any complaints. Many staff members who took care of me were the best. Cannot remember all names but a few. Too many to remember. Ozzie, Desiree, Terry. Amy, Rosetta, they were all great. Night shift staff were great. The PT staff took great care too. The whole staff should be rewarded in some way. Case workers the admitting staff. Way too many to remember all their names Food was good too If need for someone I know to need rehab, this is the place I would recommend. Great service and care given to all patients.
