In four days stay, the staff has so far missed delivering one meal entirely, has routinely not answered the call button within a half hour or more, if at all, has pushed non-scheduled meds on the patient who has had to refuse them, has isolated the patient on a presumption of a "stomach bug" unidentified and untested, and has only offered a half hour of PT in those four days instead of the 3 1/2 hours daily she was receiving at the first facility we used. Questions go unanswered. I have watched three nursing staff at the nurses station ignore room calls while chatting at volume about personal stuff, just having a good time while patients go untended. Someone needs to start taking their jobs seriously and pay attention to the folks in their care.

I went to rehab from what was thought to be a stroke that affected my entire right side. It turned out to be a lesion in my brain. I'm doing much better now.

The place itself had large comfortable rooms and an outdoor yard with tables and chairs. They have activities scheduled daily, and the food is delicious... The kitchen staff made it on site, and all of the helpers were phenomenal.

The biggest difference from the only other rehab I've been to is that everyone is humble and will help each other for the benefit of the clients. Nurses and CNAs will grab the trash and take it out, helping the housekeeping staff. Everyone stops everything to get the clients down to the dining room so they can be served, helping the CNAs. When someone is finished eating, whomever happens to be around offers to wheel you back to your room. The workers are happy and enjoy their jobs.

The rehab personnel are also very good. They are encouraging, but don't force you past endurance. They give you confidence in your abilities. They even come up with ingenious ways to work with special situations!

Another great thing was they allowed my daughter to bring me my kitty as it had been weeks since I'd seen her! That lifted my spirits tremendously... but kinda traumatized my cat, so we only did it once. But my daughter brought her dog once too.

They have the option of assisted showers or a walk-in deep tub that is so wonderful! My favorite CNA was Marlyn. She would get the hot water ready, and once I was seated, turn it on full blast and put shampoo under the tap for a full-on bubble bath! Another CNA, Dezi, would bring me things I needed and would roll me where I wanted to go. All the CNAs were always happy and cheerful. They had to wake you for vitals but kept the lights dimmed an were quiet so sleep was less disturbed.

They have a small library there and several living room areas you can be if you don't want to watch TV in your room. It was such a nice place that when I needed to go into rehab again after several more falls, I chose to go back to them. I would do so again and again.

I recently had an accident and needed rehabilitation services. From the moment I arrived the staff was extremely attentive to and genuinely caring with my needs. All of the Nurses, CNA’s, Physical and Occupational Therapy, Dietary staff, Activities and Housekeeping were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The Director and front office staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful when navigating the paperwork for services. Over all, this facility is great. I have no problem recommending them to anyone who asks me.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
