Shannon RN who i had the pleasure of being her patient was the best nurses experience I have had in a very long time. She has an awesome bedside manner showing empathy and sympathy when needed .Shannon truly cares about her patients and should be awarded recognition for her outstanding nurse's skills as well as her warm interactions with her patients. Thank you Shannon for all that you are and helping me transition mentally as well physically. .

I stayed at Haven Health for 2 weeks and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The food was good, seasoned well and they have certain alternative choices. I got a lot of help from the CNAs and physical/occupational therapy staff. They have activities and the staff do well at keeping the facility clean and safe. I can't remember everyone's name, but I will thank a few: Eric, Mary Lou, Lauren, Jessica, Chelsea, Barbara, Sabrina, Dani, Whitney were all great and really helpful. Sorry to those whose names I didn't mention, they were all great. I would recommend Haven Health if you're looking for a good skilled nursing facility.

We had my father in law in this facility recently. We never had dealt with a rehab place before and 1st impression walking in, was it was very nice. A few days in you begin to see where they lack. I saw who had the heart for working there and who didn’t. I have to shout out to those who do. I loved Scotty from day one all the way to day 30! He took such great care of everyone I saw him interact with, especially my father in law. Never complained when he’d have to come care for his needs if we called. And NEVER talked badly to him when he was having to do it. He’s the best with his sweet spirit and gentle nature. Always had a smile and a kind word for me that helped, especially on those hard days! Then there’s one of his nurses, Mary Lou, who took the time to explain things to me as we went along this long healing process. Talked kindly to him and explained things to him as she cared for him. My father in law talked highly about these two and how they took good care of him when family couldn’t be there. They never made us feel bad when asking for help. Then there’s Tara, the 1st face we’d see when we walked into the building, always greeted us with big smiles and laughter. She brought us such joy!! These three people made a great impact on our life during this difficult period of time and we so appreciate them, thank you 3 for everything!

Marylou is a wonderful nurse who really cares about all of her patience, nothing is too small for her to take care of wether is finding out the side effects of each medication we are given or following up on doctor orders. She is a great nurse who goes the extra mile to help each patience.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
