Tried to get a better wheelchair for my son because the one they gave us was crap and when I asked on the phone about it I was told I could purchase one! When I said I couldn't she hung up on me! Do not recommend this place at all!!!

I can't say enough good things about The Blossoms at Midtown. From the moment you walk through the doors, you feel welcomed and reassured. The staff are well-trained, highly professional, and genuinely caring for their residents. They treat their residents with the utmost respect and dignity, always taking the time to listen and meet their individual needs. The facility itself is clean and comfortable. Although it doesn't look like your typical "nursing home" from the outside (the facility is 4 stories tall), the building is thoughtfully designed to provide a homelike environment for the residents. Activities are engaging and varied, and meals are nutritious and delicious with dietary needs carefully considered. After witnessing this facility make a difference in so many lives of residents and families, I highly recommend them as a place where you'll find capable, loving support and peace of mind.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
