They did not flush my IV for three days. It is supposed to be flushed every day. I had to be rushed to the emergency hospital because they failed to notice that my legs were 3° different and temperature. The food was horrible. The only thing I could eat was oatmeal and cold cereal.

It's impossible to get a human on the phone. I've been trying to reach my mom for 3 days to let her know I've been sick and in the hospital. Who ever did answer finally was completely disinterested in hearing my frustration, and proceeded to tell me it's not her job to get me in contact I was welcome to call back in 30 min !!! Excuse me ? But what is YOUR JOB AS THE RECEPTIONIST ? No no, I'll wait ..... Look, I know it's Friday and you probably have plans for the weekend, I get it. ... I'm just saying, even if you say it in a syrupy sweet albeit condescending tone, you should be a little more professional, or find a job where you don't have to deal with the public PERIOD

My mother resided here for around 6 weeks for the last of her hospice journey. Everyone was absolutely incredible. They let us stay late to visit and treated my mother with care and dignity. Yes, the facility is old, they are very busy and sometimes a little short staffed but the care was absolutely outstanding 👏 for my mother. I was there every other day for hours at a time and I always felt welcomed. Thank you for everything 🫂

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
