Cerritos Vista Healthcare Center is a wonderful facility. It is well managed and very clean. The administration and all healthcare staff are attentive to their patients and treat them with love and care. My mother who is 86 years old have been in PT for the past 6 weeks due to femur injury has made significant progress in her mobility. Kudos to the PT staff. The caring and friendly atmosphere provided by all makes a world of difference to my mother. Your hard work, and patience are sincerely appreciated. Special gratitude to Eli Moesser for introducing our family to Cerritos Vista.

Our family cannot thank the team at Cerritos Vista enough for the outstanding care they provided to my aunt during her 100-day stay. From the administrative staff to the nurses, therapists, and caregivers, every single person went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable, safe, and supported.

The admin team was always organized, communicative, and compassionate, they made the entire admission and care coordination process smooth and stress-free. The nurses and CNAs treated my aunt with such kindness and dignity, always attentive to her needs and quick to offer a smile or comforting words. The rehab and therapy staff were equally amazing, helping her regain strength and independence while encouraging her every step of the way.

You can truly tell that everyone here cares deeply about their patients’ recovery and well-being. The facility was always clean, the atmosphere positive, and the staff made sure family members were kept informed and involved.

We’re incredibly grateful for the professionalism, warmth, and dedication shown throughout her entire stay. About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
