I just was released from this facility yesterday. I was previously in another facility, so I have something to compare to. This place has some good things and bad things about it, but I have to say some of the CNA’s that took care of me were great, friendly, and took good care of me. I have to agree with one of the other reviews that it is quite noisy in the evenings and it is hard to sleep because the evening crew can be loud and some of the patients are allowed as well. The food was better than the last facility I was in, however, some of it could have been improved. The PT and OT department deserve a huge shout out. My PT therapist was Anh and my OT was Roxanne. These two individuals pushed me in many ways, but I am happy to say I am glad they pushed me because I came out of the facility feeling much better and I’m able to walk with out assistance. I truly believe they’re pushing me got me to where I am today, and I am truly appreciative of both of these therapist as well as the entire department. Everyone in that department was kind and friendly. I would highly recommend if your loved one needs to be put in a facility that requires therapy you should consider this place.

I am so lucky to have staff that was concerned about my well being. I send thanks to Mercedes, Marcelo and Anila. I especially have to send many thanks and gratitude to Roxanne the Ocupationa Therapist who spent the necessary time needed to get me where I could survive in a different environment. The other therapist I would like to thank are Daniella and TU. Again thank you guys for your patience and help.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
