  Very disappointed state law says if a resident falls they are to immediately contact the family to notify them. It is to be documented especially if a bandage is used. I showed up today (Nov 25) to to discover on my own that yesterday (Nov 24) in rehab. He fell. He’s got a bruise on one leg the other leg, they put a big bandage on. No one was contacted. - 3 days and they’ve yet to check the wound that they felt was bad enough that they had to put that huge bandage on us/ there’s been a couple other issues about the care or lack of

  One of the better facilities I've been to. Staff is very friendly and helpful and patient care is top notch. The Physical and Occupational Therapists are great, and the facility is always clean.
