I had a very positive experience with Mission Valley Post Acute Nursing Facility during my mom’s stay. From the very first day, the admission coordinator, Kimberly, was extremely informative, welcoming, and professional. She took the time to ask about my mom’s likes and dislikes so the staff could better accommodate her needs, which truly meant a lot to our family and showed how much they care about personalized care.
All of the CNA’s were amazing, compassionate, and attentive. Especially I want to thank the two CNA ‘s Mayette and Ruby. Both were very caring and helpful. The facility was always clean, and the entire staff was friendly and approachable. They checked on my mom frequently and made sure she was comfortable, safe, and well cared for at all times. It gave our family great peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands.
I was also very impressed with their attention to health and safety. All visitors had their temperature checked upon arrival, which showed their strong commitment to protecting residents and preventing illness.
I truly appreciate all the support, kindness, and excellent care they provided during my mom’s stay. I would highly recommend Mission Valley Post Acute Nursing Facility to anyone looking for quality care for their loved one.

My mother had a serious knee replacement surgery and they transferred her over here for her rehabilitation. I was skeptical at first due to me being a mommas boy and always tending to her very needs and wants. I felt as if the care would be lack luster but once I got to meet the staff I can say whole heartedly that I have nothing but good to mention and to remember from that chapter in my mothers journey of knee replacement surgery. Erick and Kimberly as well as Iliana at the front desk and many more to name but can’t list off the top of my head did a spectacular job of their job and over exceeded in catering to moms needs.

They even helped accommodate her with her dietary needs and worked closely with the rest of the staff to ensure that my moms stay was nothing but top tier. My mom still raves about her time at this wonderful facility. I will forever keep this place in my prayers.

Eric helped so much with communication and timely responses as well as keeping me in the loop with my mother’s appointments and so on and so forth. Kimberly always checked in on my mother and provided more support than we could have asked for. Iliana always made sure to provide the extra things that my mother needed such as pillows and blankets and etc. overall I am
Very satisfied and if I could put 10 stars I would. My mother still boasts about how she was treated like a royal queen at Mission Valley Post Acute. If anyone from Mission Valley Post Acute is reading this message please please please reward Eric, Kimberly and Iliana with a raise at the very least for all the hard work they have to endure on a day to day basis. Thank you

My husband spent over seven weeks at MVPA and we could not be happier with the results and the wonderful staff; from the ladies that greet you at the sign in desk to the management staff. Everyone was friendly, caring and helpful, always patient to answer questions and address concerns, this includes the Front Desk staff, CNA's (always cheerful), Therapy staff (too many to name), Food Services and Social Services. I wish I could name all the people individually who were always pleasant when passed in the halls, always with a smile and "Hello". I thank each and everyone of them for the care given not only to my husband but each patient in the facility.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
