My family has firsthand experience with Post Acute Niles, and I cannot say enough good things about the care provided there. They took care of my grandpa twice, and they also cared for my grandma in 2024. She ultimately passed away while there, and during an incredibly hard time, the staff showed compassion, dignity, and kindness that meant more to our family than they will ever know. She came from another facility which didn't care for her, so I do have something compare to. We were very blessed to be placed here.

Hillary is truly amazing. She goes above and beyond for the residents and families, and you can tell she genuinely cares about every person there. She does everything she can to make sure residents are comfortable, supported, and treated like people, not just patients.

The nurses were wonderful. My grandpa was always kept clean, well cared for, and treated with respect. Communication was solid, and it never felt like concerns were brushed off.

What really stands out about Post Acute Niles is that they do not just leave residents sitting in their rooms all day. They actively encourage movement, engagement, and social connection. My grandpa participated in bingo, physical therapy, music, movies, and even candlelight dinners. They made sure residents had things to look forward to and reasons to get out of their rooms.

They also made an effort to bring residents outside for fresh air and sunshine, which makes such a difference physically and emotionally. It truly felt like they wanted people involved and living, not just existing.

From the quality of care, to the nursing staff, to the overall experience with the office and activities team, Post Acute Niles showed our family compassion, professionalism, and heart. I will always be grateful for the care they gave both my grandparents.

If you are looking for a post-acute or skilled nursing facility where your loved one will be treated with dignity, encouraged to stay active, and genuinely cared for, this is a place worth considering. God bless the hands that held my grandparents when we could not. Forever grateful.

I had a loved one at this facility. I am exceptionally satisfied with the care, love, and concern the staff has had with my husband. They have had so much patience with my husband and myself and I would highly recommend this place.

My mother stayed at this nursing home after being released from Washington Hospital following shoulder fracture surgery. She was 78 years old, in a lot of pain, and of Indian origin. This was her first experience staying in a nursing facility in the U.S., so I was very worried about how she would adjust.
To my pleasant surprise, she settled in very well. The staff made her feel at home and she slowly made many friends. Even though her English was limited, the caregivers understood her feelings, spoke to her with warmth, and provided excellent care. The CNAs and RNs were always friendly and compassionate.
She was also able to enjoy Indian food often, and she adapted well to their other meals. I visited her several times a week, sometimes bringing dinner, and she always greeted me with a smile. It was clear she was comfortable and well cared for.
Even after being discharged, she kept in touch with some of the staff. She still fondly mentions Anita Bhatia, Roberto Cayabyab, and Alfonso Frankie for their kindness and support.
She stayed for four months and had a very positive experience. Our family is deeply grateful to the team for taking such good care of her when she needed it most.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
