  The building looks small from the outside but after coming inside, it is very spacious and clean. Had so many wellness center to chose from , but I am glad I chose this one for my mom's hip rehab. The staff are wonderful and take care of their patients and well being. It has a family environment where patients interact and get along. The activity room where patients can watch TV together is a great way to interact among themselves and to participate in activities The large patio outside could be improved upon so that the patients could enjoy being outside.

  The Nursing staff and Physical/Occupational Therapy group do an excellent job providing care. The Patient to staff ratio is very good. The facility is clean. One caution - if you bring clothing to wear while at the facility, make sure you label it with your name and room number or they will likely lose it.

  I’m incredibly grateful for the care my family member, Tuyet, has received at Hayward Healthcare and Wellness. The facility itself is clean, welcoming, and truly feels supportive for both residents and their families. Every staff member we’ve interacted with has been kind, attentive, and professional. I especially want to recognize Nes, who has been absolutely wonderful—so empathetic, compassionate, and genuinely supportive. Nes consistently goes above and beyond to make sure Tuyet feels comfortable, heard, and cared for, and always treats our family with warmth and patience. You can truly feel the kindness and dedication in every interaction, and that level of heartfelt care brings us so much peace of mind. It’s rare to meet someone who combines professionalism with such genuine compassion, and we are deeply thankful for everything Nes does each day. Thank you to the entire team for providing such thoughtful care. Our family feels comforted knowing Tuyet is in a place where she is respected, supported, and well cared for.   I'm a resident here at Hayward healthcare and Wellness center. I appreciate what they do for us I choose Myna as a very well suitable staff member she goes around and does room checks on the regular making sure the residents have what they need whether it be coffee tea water radio crossword puzzle a book whatever she can get her hands on that will help a magazine she goes above and beyond to make sure that the residents are comfortable and well taken care of.
