My father was a resident here after he suffered a stroke. I was notified that he was being transported to the ER department at a nearby hospital. When I spoke to the hospital staff, they informed me he had a severe case of pneumonia that should have been addressed much sooner by the facility. My father passed away 5 days later at this facility due to complications of severe pneumonia. Heart breaking in itself. I arranged his aftercare but was contacted one week later by the mortuary and was told the physician at this facility refused to sign his cause of death certificate and therefore they could not by law process his body for services. My dad had been laying in a mortuary for 8 days due to the negligence on this facilities part. I had to call multiple times to inquire as to why this was not done. Never heard back from a doctor. Here I am 11 days after my father has passed away and I still cannot get him to rest peacefully. I am livid and disgusted with every angle of care at this facility. Please never trust the care of this facility. Absolutely horrible. My father may still be alive of they had gotten him treated for an upper respiratory Infection sooner. Your loved ones deserve better than what they have to offer.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
