If there was any possible way to give it zero stars, I would This place is an absolute joke. They do not take care of their patients. Something needs to be done. I have a friend that was in there and he has lost tons of weight trying to rebuild his muscles on garbage food Prison serves way better food than this. Damn place I wish I could post pictures here. I’m gonna try and figure out how.

This facility has the finest CNAs. They provided the best care. I never once felt uncomfortable or frightened. Also the OT and PT crew got me up and going with such professionalism. I certainly would recommend this facility to anyone needing rehabilitation from surgery. Thank you Ana, Amber, Angel, Tracery, Ranier Joseph and George. And anyone else I neglected to mention.

I was recently was in arbor rehab facility for three weeks. Some good points , I thought the food was pretty good. The day time help was good. The night time help was not good. When you rang for help they wouldn't show up for 45 minutes or longer. Physical therapy wasn't that good. They were ready to send me home after 4 times using the walker. I couldn't have taken care of my self. The worst was the Social Service department. They were supposed to send me home with a new walker and in home Physical therapy. The day of my release she brought me a used walker for a 500 pound person. It was to big for me and go wide for door ways. I had to borrow one from a family member. Three days at home with no nurse or Physical therapy I called her and she never answered. I called her several times and left messages. She would not return my calls. I finally called my doctor and requested Physical therapy. To do this to the elderly is atrocious. She has no business doing that job.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
