My husband stayed here for 10 days to rehab after a hospital stay. The staff was so friendly and attentive and made his stay more pleasant. Although he didn’t participate, we noticed there were lots of fun activities for residents who like to be social! He had daily physical therapy, which proved to be helpful in regaining his mobility in order to go home. Overall, we both agree that his stay at Lodi Creek Post Acute was as pleasant as possible and very instrumental in helping him transition back home.

This is a 10 star operation. I have been here 3 weeks and have had 63 meals here. The chefs gave us a variety of meals and all tasted like I was eating in a 5 Star restaurant.

The place is painted white and very cheerful and does not smell of chlorine, bleach , or Urine. I kidded them that they must use a great cleaner and use Frebreeze air freshener because it actually smells wonderful all the time.

The RN’s, LVN’s and CNA’s have great team spirit and always help each other making every person a priority for safe and a healthy recovery.

All of Housekeeping personal paid great attention to cleaning my room each day.

They have their own Physical Therapy and Ocupacional therapy room with awesome staff to help you get better right on the property.

It was amazing to see everyone liking what they do and working here too.

Even the bed was comfortable!!

I am so glad my family and I chose this place for my rehab.

Thank you, Thank you for a wonderful 3 weeks.

Stan Sogsti

My wife spent 6 weeks here after a car accident. Friendly caring staff made the stay a much better experience. Food was good. Had a couple glitches with med delivery, but, overall, care was great.
I would highly recommend this facility.

My mom was in Lodi Creek for a month. During her stay I was impressed by the entire staff for their care and dedication. Mom had wounds that needed to be dressed daily and Clara was able to get her wounds to near healed. So grateful! She had PT and what mom called brain exercises daily. Rachelle, mom’s case worker really worked with us to be sure mom was getting services and kept me in the loop with decisions between my mom’s health provider and Lodi Creek. I want to thank the entire staff at Lodi Creek for the care shown to my mom.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
