If you want your family member or yourself to end up in the worse care center possible, this is the place. This place does not have the proper staff to care for their patients. The staff treats the patients as if they are useless beings. There are two creepy guys who look totally normal and roam/walk the place as if they owned it. They go into rooms and who knows what they do to the patients. I was there daily for over a month. I saw this with my own eyes. This place is hell.

My experience with this facility this time around was very poor was discharged when I was not even better now there calling me and harassing me telling me that there not being paid that I never told them I was there because of an accident and they knew from the beginning why I was there very bad service there not worried about the patients also I was being harassed by a man patient everything was bad overall I give them not even 1 star.

I am truly grateful for the entire staff at this facility. My Mother is receiving very good care and it helps me to be a peace with the situation. Everyone is very nice and welcoming and I feel truly blessed to have found this place.

Very caring and thoughtful facility, always kept me informed on my mother's status, including requesting permission for various procedures etc. Nurses here are friendly, highly skilled and accommodating, and quite mindful of resident's needs. Residents have a level of freedom around facility (if allowed), they also get 3 square meals a day, with 3 snacks included (Spoken languages on Staff: English, Tagalog + Filipino dialects, Korean, Spanish...)

My mother has been at this facility for a few years now. I have observed the staff to be very caring towards my mom, to really try and learn her routine, and try to meet her needs as best as possible. The staff contacts me if there are any concerns. My mom is comfortable at this facility; the facility is overall clean and food is healthy. I visit my mom often so that I can also know how to support her. I am very involved in with her care and the staff are appreciative of my involvement. Especially during this pandemic, I am grateful for the staff’s hard work and dedication to keep all the residents safe by abiding with all CDC guidelines.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
