This place has been referred by Social Worker . Admission department is all kind and helpful but the Doctor is no where to be seen. I had to call his office phone number and kept leaving a message. Finally I received a call and informed her condition. He sound like very frustrated and told me it is not gonna be better( seems like no interest showed to patient) I visit her every day to make sure she is doing well. The fitth day that I noticed my sister was so sweat with pain. I called Doctor on Sunday night and he called me back on Monday morning and he oked to take her to the hospital. She got bad infection. They had an old oxígen tank attached her nose but it does not look legit and dirty. The place was so dirty and could not breathe due to no air circulation in that place. Food was pretty good and physical therapy was done 2 times and most of their nurses are nice except some nurse has bad attitude and not kind to the patient. The social worker called me and saying they want her to place to hospice without trying for 90 days as skilled nursing. The assigned Doctor is name only and not caring patient nor try to contact with family member. Please consider again sending your loved one to this skilled nursing places.

Rehab room is very big with a lot of equipment which is something I was looking for my parents. Since doctor recommended a rehab center.

I only can share my one week here at this nursing home was not for my recovery. The PT staff was very nice and they were strong for recovery goals. The nurses were very nice, I only had 2 nurses I did not care for.. administrator office ms.Tony was very helpful with me, she kept me calm as I wanted to leave this facility, to go home. This place is not for people like me that have TKR.. With TKR ,you have to be move around for the recovery.. I was only had 3 PT time and the rest to laid in the bed, I can do that at home. As I was trying to leave, the doctor at this facility try for me to stay more days so the insurance can pay more. Please do your research before you or your family have to be placed. Some of these places are here for the insurance money. But, this is my opinion.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
