My sister is a resident. The ladies in the activity department... Heidi Loretta and Araceli ...treat her with dignity and respect!! They all try to get her to participate in the activities. I'm very appreciative of their kind hearts.

The staff at Pomona Vista are incredibly kind and patient. The entire nursing staff, social workers, activities director and coordinators, physical therapists, even the cafeteria employees are incredibly kind and create a warm and nurturing environment.<br>My beloved aunt has been there for more than six months and I am deeply grateful for the love and the care that she has received from the entire staff at Pomona Vista. This is not a luxury environment, but in terms of love it is very generous and that is a rare luxury. Thank you to all the staff that treat my Aunt with so much love and kindness, especially dear sweet Emily.

Please dont send your loved one here after discharged from a hospital. You always have a choice, Do not choose this place. They did not care for my dad after he was dischaged from the hospital, he became very dehydrated and they didnt notice a change in his health status. After begging them to call 911, they didnt even talk to the paramedics once they arrived. My dad was clearly in distress and they failed to realize it. The place seemed like they are lacking in their patient care and assessment. This place set him back and he spent another 2 weeks in the hospital.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
