Horrible, please don’t let any of your loved ones get placed there. They lost my dad, called my family to ask if we picked him a Up after he’d been missing for hours! I’ll be contacting licensing, but if you care at all for your family do not let them go there. Shame on riverside community hospital for sending patients with dementia there!

My grandpa was only there for 6 days before he somehow got Covid then sent to ER for shortness of breath/hypoxia, then hospice. The staff there is rude, eating and watching videos in patient’s rooms as well not responding to patient calls all night when their arms are paralyzed. He went there to rehab, then he decompensated, then died at home.

My experience here was nothing short of amazing!!!!! The receptionist, nursing staff, the staff as a whole here were just really awesome! I'm not going to lie I had doubts when I first came here being a "Youngster" in a Skilled Nursing Facility..... but the staff here made my stay here Pleasant and I highly recommend this place!!!!!

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. This facility is an absolute nightmare, and I wouldn’t wish for anyone’s loved one to go through what my dad has experienced here. From the very first day, things went downhill. My dad was placed in a room next to an extremely rude patient who yelled at him and called him names — and they hadn’t even met. I was so uncomfortable that I had to personally go to the front desk to demand a room change because I didn’t feel safe leaving him there. They moved him the next day, only to move him again soon after because the staff “couldn’t handle” his dementia. He’s now in the back of the facility, where he continues to be mistreated. The staff ignore patients — especially those who cannot walk or care for themselves — even when they are crying out for help. My dad has been left sitting in his own waste, and we’ve noticed bruises on his arms. My mom and I visit every single day, and every day we have to take photos and document the neglect and abuse we see. We are in the process of getting him out of this place and will absolutely be filing a formal complaint and report against this facility. No family should ever have to experience this.

My brother recently spent 9 days here. The staff were very good as well as the care and the communication. A big thank you to Angela.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
