I've been here at the Arlington Gardens Care center since October 19th 2025 when I first got here there was a couple quirks but they got worked out I give it a five star rating because the overall care they provide is good. Nurses are friendly; and the physical and occupational therapy worked hard in trying to get me to walk again, however they could only do so much.The administrative employees are awesome in trying to help in anyway they can to handle situations as they arise in very a professional and caring way. We have had a very positive experience with this facility during a challenging time for our family. The leadership and staff have been receptive to feedback, open to communication, and genuinely willing to work with us to ensure my mom receives the care she needs. When concerns have been raised, they have been addressed thoughtfully and professionally, and we’ve seen real follow-through rather than defensiveness. The team has shown flexibility, compassion, and a willingness to go above and beyond to support my mom’s safety, comfort, and medical needs. It makes a significant difference to have a facility that views family members as partners in care. We are grateful for the staff’s efforts, responsiveness, and continued commitment to doing what’s best for their residents.
