We visited a friend today. She had one chair in her room and her wheelchair. There were three of us, one of the staff went out of her way to bring us an extra chair. It was very much appreciated.

So far the staff have provided quality care and have exercised great patience and professional care to my sister and have done well with providing me with updates on her progress.

This hospital feels more like a mental asylum or a prison -- even worse than a prison. It's a noisy, dirty, and crowded place where patients can't sleep for even a moment. The staff are terrible, especially the social workers. They don't listen to the patients at all. I was sent here for two weeks, but they have been keeping me here by force for more than three weeks now. During this time, I haven't had a single peaceful night of sleep. No matter how much I beg them to discharge me and let me go home and rest -- because I need sleep more than anything -- they don't listen. Most of them are rude, disrespectful, and act unprofessionally.

My mother was here for about 3 weeks rehabilitating from triple bypass surgery. The nurse's, cna's, and front desk staff were kind and attentive for the most part, however, like post of these places the are overworked and extremely busy. My only issue was the noise. As this facility is both a long term care as well as rehab facility it can get very loud and is not conducive for the rest needed for rehabilitating patients. If there was a way to put these patients in a separate quieter side of the facility I would have given a four or even five star rating.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
