We work for a non profit organization for the elderly with disabilities and I just want to thank you so much for the food you shared with our residents. They were happy and thankful!

Don’t choose this place. It’s a complete racket. No charts, no communication for caregivers. If you call the receptionist transfers you to the local nursing station voice mail and it’s an endless loop - no one listens to messages. You have to show up there physically to get any feedback. The only human I’ve ever been able to speak to was the billing department (surprise). My mother’s room doesn’t have working outlets so her phone hasn’t been charged and I can’t call her directly. Stains on the beds and walls. She tells me she just stares at the ceiling and someone comes in to drop meals. Advice: -Get patient charts -Give caregivers a contact apart from nursing station -Send updates to caregivers proactively. !!!!!Update: in response to their response below I called that number for the administrator from City View today and they are not here. My nurse just told me “we only check on a the patient if something is wrong”. How can you respond same day to a Google review but not to me standing here or calling?

I brought my mother to City View for PT and OC. I would not recommend this facility.

Excellent service and attention to detail received from Rowena at the front desk. Our questions have been and continue to be answered clearly since day one. Every day policies and procedures are reminded as you enter the facility to ensure everyone is safe. On behalf of our family, thank you Rowena for making us feel safe and with peace of mind as we leave for the day leaving our loved one taken care of and in good hands. Every staff member is above and beyond in the workplace throughout the facility.

This place is nightmare and nuisance in the neighborhood! 5am US. Foods truck parks a front of the building with loud vibrating engine for hours and hours takes forever to unload, because of this my building’s windows vibrates, my rest and sleep is always interrupted. Now they installed loud sirens on the garage door constant 24 hour noise, it’s worse at night! You located in the residential area at least be thoughtful and respectful, tell your delivery drivers to turn off the engine while unloading, and that garage sirens needs to be taken down.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
