My sister is a patient at Creekside Post-Acute. At my age I have been a patient and visited family at nursing homes. All are competent. This facility has staff, administrative and nursing, that are also kind, helpful and communicative. It makes such a difference. I like this place.

My Dad was at Creekside for 6 weeks post-surgery and received wonderful care from the team there. We are very thankful to have found Creekside! The nurses and staff are patient and caring, despite being very busy. It’s a hard job, but the staff members are good natured and tend to the patients with great kindness and compassion. One of the highlights for us: my Dad had PT almost every day and it was truly excellent - a really important part of my Dad’s road to recovery. Thank you!!! Our case manager, Emil Baysa, was absolutely stellar. We were beyond fortunate to have him as a resource and partner during our time at Creekside and beyond. Very grateful to Emil and the rest of the team at Creekside. Thank you!

The staff is amazing, when I asked for something that was needed for my cousin, it was very fast, creekside is always keeped clean and neat, the reception area always opens the door for me, I would definitely recommend for family and friends, my second family member was here, thank you, happy holidays to the staff.
