My mother was transferred here after suffering a stroke. The staff is nice and treats my mom with dignity. It's a long road to recovery for my mom but I have faith Jesus will awake her from her coma and the care from the team, nurses, doctors, RT, etc should all contribute to that. God bless all who are caring for my mother!

I’m a current patient at Westwood Post-acute and I’m making a heartfelt review about my case manager KAY. I heard how she talks to other patients and she is very kind and passionate about her job. I appreciate all the good services and discussions that we’ve had, she has done an excellent job!

Worst front staff in the world, all they do is talk, don’t answer the phone everytime I would walk in to sign in they would be talking about non sense rather than working, I would door dash my father food as he was there for not eating and it was imperative that he got his food and they would not get it to him, they are responsible for his death.

I am currently a resident at this facility and I want to recognize the following staffs that go above and beyond. I want to say Thank you to Kay Case manager and Betsy Social worker for making my stay here less miserable. I came to Westwood for recovery after having surgery. Knowing I won’t be here for long and whenever It seems like I’m gonna break down and fall apart they’ll come along and make me laugh rather than cry. Food is typical hospital food. Place is very well kept. Even though this is not my permanent home, the staff here are very welcoming and make it feel like home.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
