I cannot say enough good things about The Ridge Post acute. We were worried about my mom going to a rehab facility for first time but from the moment she arrived, she was treated with kindness and respect. The nursing staff, especially Vidita, Oba, Shahida, Diana, Tatiana, Walter and Jesusa are incredibly attentive and responsive to my mom’s needs. The therapist are dedicated to getting her back to the baseline.
Ishdeep and Suzanne Mead are very helpful and knowledgeable.
Kolby Heaton came to see my mom at hospital when she was hospitalized and was very supportive. He assured us that they were ready to provide excellent care upon returning to the facility. The Ridge treats their residents like family.
The facility is clean and bright.
Thanks you for going above and beyond!!

Be careful of this place. My mother stayed there about three and a half years ago after being released from UCSF. The staff at that time it was nice and attentive. I think they must have changed hands over the past couple years. This year my mom was sent here after surgery at Stanford hospital. She was only there a week. She complained of not being able to breathe in the middle of the night. By the time they called the ambulance, it was too late. My mother passed away there. A few days later, they tried to get us to sign paperwork. Shady!

After suffering the adverse consequences of kidney failure, I was transferred from Stanford Health Care (ICU) to The Ridge Post Acute rehabilitation facility in San Jose California. I was recently discharged.

The care and treatment I received at The Ridge was outstanding. From my medical needs, the physical and occupational therapy process and administrative assistance, I was treated with kindness and professionalism.

I cannot begin to adequately express what each staff member at The Ridge means to me and how I value your kindness. About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
