This facility should be shut down. They do not ensure the safety of patients and rather than taking accountability and trying to fix it, they hide. This is a privately owned hospital for profit. They are under staffed and over crowded. To the point that my gravely disabled, incontinent, wheelchair bound with severe traumatic brain injury son was improperly discharged and it led to him being in the streets in the middle of the night with no shoes, pants, pull up and in broken wheelchair. Their excuse is he is self conserved when clearly my son lacks decisional capacity due to traumatic brain injury and psychiatric illness. They refuse to give me the paperwork listing his medication even though disclosure to me is in his best interest under HIPAA 45 CFR 164.510(b).” It's a for profit business. Steer Clear.

Staff are accommodating, professional, listened to my request (to take a patient on an outing), said they'd notify me of the doctor's response.

If you got paranoia, you don't want to be here cuz you'll be tested to the limit lock down without a hearing or anything, and it's completely insane inside this place.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
