My mum was in rehabilitation at Park View Post Acute again for the second time , with the staffs, nurses, caregivers, social workers, and doctors being very helpful with my mom care and her stay there. They update me with everything going on with her, and the most part love the place where we can go in and out anytime we want and bring her favorite food from home or restaurants.

My father in law spent two weeks at Park View and I have nothing but praise for the wonderful care he received from the nursing staff to the OT and AMAZING PT services. Jasmine, the social worker, was always responsive to my phone calls and questions. My father in law gained weight while there because he really enjoyed the food :-) The staff were always helpful and attentive to us when we visited and to my father in law. Keep up the amazing work and the great care you give to the vulnerable population you serve.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
