Not to long ago did I visit a family member there and I was truly impressed with the facilities and their staff especially Sherryl. She was so nice and informative. Thank you to everyone there. Very accommodating and professional.

At this price which I’m grateful to government, our food is improving a little bit . Cooks here are not too concerned about the patient/residents eating well… :) They are improving, but very little. They over-cook the food to the point of making it lose its nutritional value. I appreciate new administration for trying to make things better for us, but much more needs done. Someone that cares and with the authority to do something must familiarize themselves with what’s going on here and actually do something about it! As it stands today, all with authority would rather do is a mess of paperwork and this was a reason given to me this morning when I wanted to speak with the nurse concerning a shower that I wasn’t given last night; and when the nurse finally took the time to see me briefly, told me that I being a full functioning adult should have said something. Can you believe that? I responded that she should have known what each person under her care and duties are….and am I the only full functioning adult in this place? She ended up excusing herself and left. This place is lacking proper supervision in all areas ( big time). The supervisors that are here act like they are not concerned with residents at all. I had a stroke and unable to use my body efficiently, but I thank God in me every day that I have full use of my mind…. (-_-).

This is by far of the the cleanest SNFs I've ever seen, the staff is so helpful and very nice. Always willing to answer all questions and concerns. I can remember one nurse in particular was so nice and friendly and very knowledgeable her name is Theresa and she was a pleasure to speak with.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
