During my mother’s stay i enjoyed the whole staff in particular one cna stood out for me and it was Janeth santos . She went above and beyond to make sure she got the care and was very attentive nonetheless my mother was a Spanish speaker and made sure she felt as comfortable as she could speaking to her in Spanish as well . On one of my mothers first days she got a cna that wasn’t a Spanish spear but still provided good care but I had to go to the nurses station to ask if my mom needed some perineal care since she kept moving around and I could tell she was u comfortable and Janeth volunteered to take her as a patient and that’s one of the reasons I remember her name and I enjoyed knowing that she was taking care of my mother as it gave me a piece of mind and I was able to go home with feeling comfortable that she was well taken care of .

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
