My father originally came here because he had a stroke which cause him paralysis and he is now unable to speak or eat. Upon coming here he received good care for maybe the first week. Then after being here for almost 1 month I had to push for him to get this physical therapy and his speech therapy to help him regain strength and help him with his speech again after weeks of calling and calling finally 1 person heard me out and made sure he was getting his physical therapy everyday. Not much after being here my dad developed pneumonia and not one nurse knew he had a fever it got so bad he was throwing up blood and luckily one nurse on the night shift found him trembling and called 911 it was upon getting to the hospital that we were told my dads lung infection was so bad he now had pneumonia. I called and called for weeks to try and get a hold of Amanda the social worker who was suppose to get him set up with home health so he didn’t have to be there. Well that never happened that is why he developed pneumonia from this place where patients are not cared for they assume since they don’t speak nothing needs to be done. After getting a pic line installed at the hospital my dads lung infection was taken back to this place to again get therapy and make progress instead as I am writing this today he again was taken to the hospital interestingly enough his pic line was removed 5 days ago without out knowledge and he had a full blown fever today of 101 that my mother found out about upon entering his room and she quickly notified the nurses he was taken to the hospital once again. He most likely developed this fever because whoever took the pic line out cause him an infection. And not one nurse realized he was burning up hot since last night. The lack of care is ridiculous. Not only that my mother visits him daily and almost daily without a miss she has to tell someone that his bed sheets are wet !! Do the nurses here not make rounds? My mom has sat there for 4 hrs at a time and no one comes to check on him it’s insane ! The only two ppl that do there job here is the guy in physical therapy and a girl at the front desk Tara! I’m so upset with this place lord forbid something bad happens to my father today!

While my cousin received good care here, the trouble was with the social worker Amanda. She had permission to speak with me but never called me back or informed me of my cousin's condition. He's homeless by choice but was released to me without my permission because he provided my address. He is not stable and I can't have him around my family. Amanda had no business sending him to us 90 miles away from all he knows and is comfortable wih.

Came here for delivery and was going exactly 10 miles per hour and the speed bump completely demolished my transmission oil pan. Please put up sign saying 5 mph speed bumps as the standard is 15 miles per hour and I was only doing 10 and this happened.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
