This place doesn't deserve a star. Food is consistently cold. Never get what you order. You ask for ice water. You'd think but nope. It's a wait if getting it at all. 80% of staff give zero cares. The rest are actually good. This place gets a grade F.

The unsung heroes of Autumn Lake Healthcare are the people who care for the walkways, driveways and parking lots. They are generally very clean and in the cold weather they are always clean and treated as necessary.
