  Yo también estoy de acuerdo este lugar es de lo peor yo terminé aquí porque de la noche a la mañana mi vida cambio luego de una cirugía y ne neceto terapias para poder adaptarme a mi nueva situación,he tenido varias quejas ya, una de ellas es que tengo un problema en mi piel el cual no puedo estar con heather encendido y supuestamente me han cambiado de cuartos para solucionarlo y me ponen con personas que solo pueden estar con el heather encendido y yo tengo una condición que se lla hiperhidrosis en mi piel y se me abre la piel, otra cosa ya he tenido varias infecciones UTI y por la razón de la falta de limpieza íntima, otra queja que he dado es sobre la actitud y la manera de las CNA tratar a uno como paciente que te tratan mal, no todas pero la mayoría son las que no son las que no hablan español y cuando das una queja de ellas peor te tratan, otra situación es que termine en el hospital por un dolor estomacal que llevaba más de 2 semanas y les había informado y solo me dijeron que eran gases y no me querían envíar al hospital por solo iba a perder mi tiempo y cuando mi madre vino y insistiendo llamaron la ambulancia cuando llegue al hospital tenía mi potasium bajo, sodium bajo, magnesium bajo, entre otras cosas tuvieron que hacerme endoscopia y tras de eso dure 13 días en el hospital. Y cuando mi familia le ha reclamado a la trabajadora social solo dijo quieres que la cambiemos de centro. Y la situación que aún sigue pasandome es dicen que me van a poner en una mejor habitación para mi problema en la piel y solo voy de mal en peor. Ahora mismo tengo herida abierta en la parte de atrás. Y luego se molestan que uno les de quejas y peor aún la cojen con uno. Yo he estado pidiendo la ayuda para que mi mamá tenga un lugar más accesible y espacio para llevarme de con ella y nadie ayuda. Yo pensé que al trasladarme del centro que me encontraba en Massachusetts aquí iba a estar mejor pero no ha sido así y ya esto me tiene hasta deprimida nadie sabe que es quedar en la situacion de tener que depender de otra persona cuando siempre has sido una persona independiente y tener que depender de personas que se molestan por tener que limpiarte, que se tardan horas en limpiarte y aún más con personas que te tratan de mala forma no todas son así pero ahí muchas que son así y lo peor es que encubren, la excusa de primera de ellas es que están haciendo reporte y eso empezando el turno, otra es que le dices que estás sucia(o) y te dicen yo voy por lista o por cuarto cuando ya llevas mucho sucio y he dado las quejas de una forma humilde por qué no me gustan los problemas y encima de eso las he respetado con decirle por favor, gracias,buenos días, o buenas noches y muchas de ellas ni te responden otras vienen cansadas de atenderte y eso que a mí no me gusta tocar el timbre. Solo le pido a Dios que por ser sincera aquí ahora no sea peor. Por qué ahí otras CNA Y ENFERMERA Q SI OYEN Y SUPERVISOR PERO LOS OTROSS SE MOLESTAN.

  While the administration areas are spotless and in good repair, the areas where the patients are housed is absolutely shameful. Beds are in disrepair, the hallways and rooms smell like dog poop, the patients call for assistance and aid comes an hour or more later (I personally witnessed this when visiting my friend). Her vitals were off the chart (diastolic blood pressure was 108 and sugar level 248. The person who took her blood pressure positioned the blood pressure monitor incorrectly. Despite her alarming vitals and concerning symptoms, nothing was done. This patient has had three heart attacks, just had surgery to implant a pace maker on one of her legs, which had no pulse or circulation prior to the surgery, and is diabetic. Despite her health history, no one seemed concerned with her high sugar reading and her diastolic reading of 108. Absolutely unbelievable!

  My husband has been at Parkville since the end of September. He is finally coming home. He never needed that place to begin with!! It is the most disgusting place I've ever encountered!!! The food is despicable, some of the s<br>aides are rude, they always have wi-fi issues where you can't call in or out etc. If your loved one is there get them out for their sake!! If you are thinking about sending your loved one there then please take my advice DON'T!!! If I could of put no stars I would of!!

  Estoy muy feliz con que mi mami esté en este lugar he visto su mejoría y las enfermeras son muy amables con ella .primero agradezco a Dios por cada una de las enfermeras que el a puesto al cuidado de mi mamá y a las personas que le dan recreación se que mi mamá las quiere mucho .he visto el progreso de mi mamá estoy muy agradecida y las recepcionistas también son muy amables .
