BAD. Just. Plain. BAD. Staff is uncaring and LAZY. What a dump. Too bad a star is required to post. Should be a thumbs down.

My brother was there after a lengthy hospital stay for rehab and to build his strength back up. This place is very outdated and run down. The rooms have a shared bathroom so there is little privacy because at any time, someone from the adjoining room can walk in on you. My brother is not incontinent but was kept in a brief again and again. Staff told him to "just go" and we will clean you later. Despite the family continuously asking he be dressed and brought to the bathroom - he was always in a brief. He was dressed over a Johnnie - dressed in pajamas to go to appointments and call bells went unanswered. They are supposed to supply rides to doctors appointments but the company they contract with do not show up. The family had to transport to appointments. When he got P.T. the people were pleasant but he did not get it as often as he was supposed to. His nurses were nice but there is not enough staff. After a late appointment, (he is in a wheelchair) we had to move him back inside ourselves because there was one aid for the entire floor. It took two days and multiple requests from his doctors to get records from Touchpoint. I would not choose to bring family here - he cannot advocate for himself, and if it weren't for an involved family, it would have been mush worse.

I had to go for recovery when I was unable to walk temporarily after a hospital stay. Being my first time in a recovery setting I didn’t know what to expect however the staff made it pleasant for me to get better everyday. The doctor’s were great and always checked on my well being and made sure I had what I needed to feel comfortable. The physical therapy staff brought me along as I got stronger everyday. I was able to walk out of the center with no assistance because of them! I’ll never forget your patience and the attentiveness you guys showed me and I am forever grateful for that!! I thank you!! ❤️

I looked into your Facebook page and your place looks nice you even have a sign outside showing the award you won. In reality this place is a dive, my wife was admitted for rehab her bed was disgusting stains on sheet, call button encrusted with god only knows what, phone was dirty, wall outlets hanging, dirty railings, no curtain for privacy , a toilet see that was removed from bathroom to be used elsewhere. Not once did I see the cleaning crew mop the floors or clean tabletop or anything it was just spot cleaning. The CNAs and nurse were great, cleaning staff not so good. I had to go next day Clorox towels in hand to thoroughly clean everything near her bed. Contacted touchpoint no one reached out to me except staff in building.

Touchpoints at Manchester was awful. That place is rotten from the inside out. My mother worsened while she stayed there and we could not get her out quick enough. We hated that place and so did my mother while she stayed there. Do not send your loved ones here. We sent our mother because it was the only rehab facility that was accepting patients. This was our mistake, only known after-the-fact. Absolutely Abhorrent. **Had to give 1 star to post this review. This place deserves negative 5 stars.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
