So far, our experience at Civita Care Center of Milford has been good. The staff has been professional and helpful, and my mother seems comfortable. I appreciate the communication and attentiveness we’ve received up to this point.smells nice and clean doesn’t stink like a nursing facility that’s a plus for me

Very unprofessional when it comes to communication. My mom was there a for a few months we bought her clothes and they were all lost WITH her name in them . Every time we called we got the run around even left several messages for the Actual Administrator and he didn’t even call back, how unprofessional is that. Gave up after awhile guess they are desperate for clothes for other residents so they can keep them. Social service was no better either very unprofessional. They also have the loud call bell box right outside the residence door and it was extra loud mom couldn’t get any sleep it went off all day and night, they said there’s nothing they can do about it, who’s smart idea was that to put it smack dab in front of patients rooms. Do not recommend at all.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
