First review ever, my dad was sent there for "rehab" from the hospital for about about a month, please if you can, do not let your loved ones go there. During his time there he was sent to the hospital 4- 5 times from falling, dehydration and multiple uti infections from not being clean which eventually turned into vte infection from this nursing home. His legs were so bruised up from theme ramming him into stuff when he was in his wheelchair it was unbelievable.(the hospital did take pictures and working on what we can do now) I would go visit him and he would be in the corner of the cafeteria with his head down and drink spilled on the floor with no one in sight. We would also go there and food would be on his bedside im guessing for hours, they knew he needed help eating and drinking water but did not help. I would ask what kind of meds they were giving him and they couldnt answer the question. The urine smell in this building was so strong you could barely breath and made my eyes water and difficult to breath, i never once had a care meeting or seen any doctor. We did eventually get him out to a different place but ended up passing away less than a week later. please think twice before putting a loved one here.

If I could give zero I would….. this place does not care for your loved ones both parents were place here needing rehab and felt it would be best to have them both together. Both got sent to the hospital one due to being non responsive when we went to go visit and they didn’t want to call ambulance where they were diagnosed with septic shock and also severe uti due to not being clean and taken care of properly next day she passed away. Next parent got sent due to confusion that got worse while staying at the facility found out he fell at the facility they weren’t concerned when he was there for back fracture got sent to the hospital had internal bleeding and severe uti from not getting properly cleaned and help to use restroom that same day passed away… don’t ever recommend this place to take care of your loved ones they are just another number to them. Went to go pickup my parents belongings and they already moved everything out not even contacting family… they don’t care about your loved ones

Been here for 6 days sp far have met some very nice people and some just here collecting a check. Food is horrible and for some reason I get fed cold food in little kid portions. As a grown man I don't expect a buffet but more than a scrambled egg and a bowl Of mush meal and bread for breakfast. I'm more than angry at this point. Supposed to have dialysis on site but they cannot accommodate my needs which is only 2 of the reasons I chose to come here. So far a solid 1 star experience

Edna Johnson dialysis unit manager the absolute best! She made sure my wife had all she needed to make her feel comfortable and at home while away from home. My wife had the worst wound and Edna smile at us and said she had seen worse. She promised to do the best she can to heal the wound and she did not disappoint me . Edna checked on my wife often and personally dressed her wound. Glory to God today my wife is free from doing dialysis, her wound is healed and we are going home. Thank you Edna for taking personal interest in your residence.

My 99 year old aunt received excellent care and concern from the staff at Northridge, from nursing supervisors, nurses, social workers and of course the hard working aids and assistants. Staff leaders were always available to talk to our family members about our concerns for her health needs. My aunt passed away yesterday, and I would like to thank the staff for their tireless efforts on her behalf.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
