If I can click on negative stars I would. I had to click 1 star for this to post. Don't take your loved one here. They are understaffed and neglect their patients and take too long to respond to a call nurse button. They should be shut down. Shame on this place. My dad left this facility after 10 days of supposed to be transitional care and went to emergency room with a UTI and was in Sepsis.

My dad has been there for a week and he has gone downhill! I can’t get a hold of anyone. The nurse is supposed to call me back and never does. I know there may be short staffed, but it’s my dad.

I am reviewing only the transitional care unit (TCU). Two negatives: They are understaffed, having only two aides covering 20 rooms spread across three wings. And, there were too many occasions where an aide began walking out of my room before making sure I had my call button, especially on the overnight shift, but even some day and evening shift aides also. This is a patient safety issue !!!

Grandma loves the outdoor space here and has made some nice friends. It's also nice to see they bring in outside presenters for things they like. The family came when they had zoo animals over and my grandma really enjoyed the day!
