  My soon to be 102 y/o Mother, has Dementia and is in this Nursing facility. The Nurses and the staff are incredibly nice, caring and truly professional. They take great care of my Mom and I couldn't be happier. The only complaint I have is that it takes a very long time for the phone to be answered whenever I call; wish they were as attentive to that aspect of the facility. I recommend this place to anyone seeking a Nursing facility. To Mimi and the staff: I sincerely appreciate your dedication and great work. Thank you.

  the food is disgusting , unsanitary condition. stay away. several patients ordered breakfast, lunch and dinner because the food is disgusting, same breakfast every day, tiny amount what looks like powered eggs in a small stereo foam cup, hot cereal, dry whole wheat bread, small butter, hot and cold beverage every day the same, food. I checked myself out couldn't take one more day. stay away. i got so sick from the food l lost seven pounds, diarrhea and vomiting for two weeks. Blessings to my friends who took the time to cook home made food to bring me. l returned to add something l forgottened senior patient l shared a room with, the staff would let her stew in her poop 💩 the room smelled disgusting until her husband came to visit and l let him know what the staff was doing letting his wife stew in her 💩 poop, he raised hell and threatened to remove his wife paying 1600. per month to the insurance company to keep her there after he made a big yelling complaint they check if she pooped more frequently. The place needs to be shut down

  Absolutely do NOT take your loved one to this place. The way they treat patients is inhumane — like they’re not even people. Bringing my father here was one of the worst decisions we ever made. The staff is rude, careless, unprofessional, and clearly not trained to handle vulnerable patients. They ignore families, they speak with an attitude, and they act like they’re doing you a favor just for answering a question. This facility is unsafe, disrespectful, and completely unworthy of anyone’s trust. I strongly urge you to stay away from this place.”

  BAD PLACE TO SEND YOUR FAMILY MEMBER!!! Because of the poor poor care for my mother my mother died too early for her age those people in the medical Department are not not qualified to be watching anyone my mother was diabetic they didn't check her blood sugar and they were giving her medicine which has sugar went down that she end up in the hospital she had urinary infection she couldn't go to bathroom she was dying her sugar was very very low because they were not monitoring and they just giving her her 1000 metformin when I would ask the nurse in the hospital my mother's sugar level they would get very upset with me by asking because they never checked her sugar level and her blood pressure so I wouldn't recommend that place at all if you want your family to live. they called my sister and when she was super bad to let me know that she wasn't doing well we had to take her emergency to the hospital.
