It was not a great experience at all for my mother. The aids were not conductive or accommodating to her when she needed help. Also, the therapy wasn't thorough and did not help with her recovery. I had to take her to the hospital.

The staff at the front desk was courteous and efficient. Upstairs the nursing staff/pca’s were very professional and helpful. They went the extra mile to make sure my aunt was comfortable and had everything she needed. They were kind and supportive.
